and

stress
and
the
more
valuable
the
working
time,
the
more

external
coach
makes
sense.
If
you
have
time
and

relaxed,
then
you
can
try
to
move
forward
step
by
step
without
an
external
coach.
The
team
can
appoint
an
inner
coach
from
its
own
ranks,
who
can
then
also
participate
in

conferences
and
the
live
events,
for

to

advice
there.
